International SoC Design Conference (ISOCC) aims at providing the world’s premier SoC design forum for leading researchers from academia and industries. Prospective authors are invited to submit papers of their original works emphasizing contributions beyond the present state of the art. We also welcome proposals on special tutorials and submissions of design contest.

Conference theme of this year is "SoC Design for IT Convergence". Moore's Law helped create the trillion-dollar worldwide information technology industry through hardware, software, services and applications. But the next trillion-dollar industry will be vastly different; it's often referred to as the "Digital Convergence Industry," and it will combine computing, communications, consumer and biomedical applications. The main driving force behind this revolutionary change will be the SoC design combined with 3-D IC technology. ISOCC is the conference to find out how to solve design problems, innovate SoC design techniques, get exposure to new technology areas, and network with peers, authors and industry experts.
