General Guidelines
  • Click <Here> to download the MS word template file.
  • The paper should be a final camera-ready version, which includes author names, affiliations, and acknowledgements if any.
  • Paper Specifications:
  •      MANDATORY: Your paper must comply with the following specifications:
    1. Use the templates to meet formatting requirements
    2. PDF file MUST be IEEE Xplore compliant (USE IEEE PDF EXPRESS to ensure your PDF is Xplore compliant.)
    3. Fonts: Embed ALL fonts in your PDF file. No Type 3 fonts allowed.
    4. File Format: Adobe PDF (.pdf)
    5. Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.
         Note: The accepted papers which are not IEEE Xplore compliant will not be included in the
                   proceedings.


  • Additional Requirements:
  •      If your paper is accepted for publication at this conference, you will also need to adhere to the following
         requirements:
    1. IEEE policy requires that you send us a signed Copyright Form for each paper. Without this form, we can NOT publish your article.
    2. REMINDER: At least one author per paper must be registered AND attend the conference to present the paper.
    3. Any accepted paper will be excluded from distribution after the conference (including, removal from IEEE Xplore) if the accepted paper is not presented at the conference.

Full Paper Submission Guidelines
  • The paper length for a full paper is two to four pages in a double column format, A4 size (210mmX297mm).
  • The paper should be a PDF file that is compliant with IEEE pdf requirement.

    1. You can use IEEE PDF eXpress, which is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function). Enter isocc11x for the Conference ID. This will be active from 25 July 2011.
    2. The paper must be accompanied with the proof of IEEE Xplore compatibility. The proof can be a confirming PDF attached in the reply mail from the IEEE PDF eXpress. If no confirming PDF is attached, you can copy and paste the reply email from the IEEE PDF eXpress.
    3. Any characters for Asian fonts such as Batang or Gullim are not IEEE Xplore compatible.

  • The paper must be also accompanied with the IEEE copyright form (PDF, MS Word) with author signatures. To see a sample and guideline, click here (PDF).
