- Online registration can be made by October 15, 2011. From October 16, 2011, only the on-site registration at the conference venue can be made.
Regular/student registration entitlements
  • Admission to all sessions
  • CD-ROM proceedings and final program
  • Coffee break and banquet (Student participants are also eligible for free banquet)
  • You must make an early-registration or online-registration to be eligible for free banquet.
  • After the online registration due date, including on the conference day, you have to purchase a banquet ticket if you want to enjoy a banquet. Ticket availability will depend on the available banquet spaces.
Registration guidelines for authors
  • At least one author must make an author registration for each accepted paper by October 15, 2011.
  • If one participant makes author registration for two or more accepted papers, only one accepted paper is regarded to finish author registration. In this case, additional author registration is required for each remaining paper.
Registration guidelines and benefits for keynote speakers, plenary speakers, and invited speakers
  • They will have free registration.
  • They will be given a memorial plaque for their contribution, but no honorarium.
  • Only one largest benefit will be given, even if they have several benefits for different cases.
Registration guidelines and benefits for general chairs, track chairs, session chairs and
    organizing committee members
  • They must make registration by October 15, 2011.
  • Session chairs, track chairs, organizing committee members including general chair, will be given a gift for their contribution only if they make registration.
  • Only one largest benefit will be given, even if they have several benefits for different cases.
Registration guidelines and benefits for special session organizers
  • All special session organizers must make registration by October 15, 2011.
  • They will be given reimbursement of full registration fee.
  • Only one largest benefit will be given, even if they have several benefits for different cases.
  • Only one special session organizer can receive the reimbursement of full registration fee even though two or more special session organizers are specified
Registration guidelines and benefits for special session authors
  • At least one special session author must make an author registration for each accepted paper by October 15, 2011.
  • If one special session author makes author registration for two or more accepted papers, only one accepted paper is regarded to finish author registration. In this case, additional author registrations are required for additional papers.
  • They will be given reimbursement of half registration fee. This reimbursement will be given to only one author for each accepted special session paper.
  • If a special session organizer is also a presenter of an accepted special session paper, additional author registration of that paper is not needed. Reimbursement of full registration fee will be given to the special session organizer.
  • If a special session organizer is also an author of an accepted special paper but not a presenter of that paper, he/she must make special session organizer registration. Instead, another author must make author registration for that paper. Reimbursement of full registration fee will be given to the special session organizer. Also, reimbursement of half registration fee will be given to the special session author.
  • Only one largest benefit will be given, even if they have several benefits for different cases.
Registration guidelines and benefits for conference sponsors
  • They will have free registration, one free registration per sponsoring of KRW 1,000,000.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Cancellation of online registration will be refunded only a written request of the registrant is received by Conference Secretary (secretariat@isocc.org) via email until 30 Oct 2011. 20% processing fee will be deducted.
   For online payment with card
    To pay your registration fee with your card, you should use 3D Secure service.
    (We are sorry for this inconvenience, however all Korean On-line registration system has this limitation for security..)

    What you need to do is like the following :
    (1) Please, check if the card company supports 3D Secure service.
    (It means that the card company should join 3D Secure service.)
    (2) If it is, you should activate your 3D Secure service through your card company website.
    (3) If you finish activating 3D Secure service, then you can pay the registration fee with your card.


    So, please check if your card company supports for 3D Secure service, then activate your 3D Secure service, finally you can pay the registration fee with 3D Secure service.

In case that 3D secure service cannot be activated, please inform us of your trouble via email at secretariat@isocc.org. You will receive an official email from ISOCC 2011. Please present a copy of this email when you register on-site in order to secure your registration fee at early-registration rate.
