You MUST use IEEE PDF eXpress which is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function). Enter isocc2013x for the Conference ID.

2. All submissions MUST be IEEE Xplore® compliant and the only way to insure this is to use the link(IEEE PDF eXpress) to create a PDF of your submission. Once you have completed this step, only then can you move on to submit your paper.
